HR Business Partner - employee relations (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Pine Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its St. Louis plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
