HR Business Partner - employee relations (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ivory Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 321 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
