HR Business Partner - employee relations (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Beacon Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
