HR Business Partner - employee relations (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Cross Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around St. Louis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
