HR Business Partner - employee relations (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Ashton Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around St. Louis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
