HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

Nova Haven Medical Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
