HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

Amberfield Harbor Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Spokane working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
