HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Summit Sable Manufacturing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
