HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge Forge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Spokane with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
