HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Lakeside Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Spokane. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
