HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

Silverline Loom Staffing places workers with employers around Spokane. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
