HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge Field Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
