HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Thistle Staffing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
