HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 416 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
