HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

Bright Keystone Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Spokane, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
