HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Harbor Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
