HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Fern Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Spokane with personal care and coordination, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
