HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Sable Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
