HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Union Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
