HR Business Partner - employee relations (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Works is a Seattle manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
