HR Business Partner - employee relations (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Corner Medical Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
