HR Business Partner - employee relations (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
