HR Business Partner - employee relations (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
