HR Business Partner - employee relations (Savannah, GA)

Amberfield Birch Freight Group is a Savannah logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
