HR Business Partner - employee relations (Savannah, GA)

Nova Pike Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
