HR Business Partner - employee relations (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge West Environmental Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 529 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
