HR Business Partner - employee relations (Savannah, GA)

Summit Bright Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Savannah region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
