HR Business Partner - employee relations (Savannah, GA)

Nova Cobalt Property Management looks after rental homes across the Savannah area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
