HR Business Partner - employee relations (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning Partners is a transit-planning firm in Savannah working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
