HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Kestrel Learning Group is an education provider in San Jose serving students and families. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
