HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Corner Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
