HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Jose, CA)

Nova Pine Manufacturing is a San Jose manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
