HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Stone Foods Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
