HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Jose, CA)

Cedar Clear Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
