HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Maple Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
