HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Diego with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
