HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Diego, CA)

Silverline West Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in San Diego. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 317 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
