HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Hollow Arts Center Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
