HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Ridge Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
