HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Sparrow Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
