HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Union Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls.
