HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Mill Energy Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
