HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Yarrow Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
