HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vista Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
