HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Sable Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
