HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Wilder Early Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
