HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Thistle Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
