HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Rowan Foods Group is a San Antonio food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
