HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

Westbrook Sparrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around San Antonio. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
