HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Harbor Arts Center is an arts centre in San Antonio with a full calendar of events, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
